If you’re in the mood for a lot of Walter White, Jesse Pinkman, Rick Grimes and zombies, then you’re in for a real treat, or an early Christmas present, thanks to AMC.
Today, the network announced it would be airing quite the marathons for both ‘Breaking Bad’ and ‘The Walking Dead.’ Now, this isn’t your typical marathon, as every single episode of the entire ‘Breaking Bad’ series will be shown, in addition to back-to-back episodes (in chronological order) of ‘The Walking Dead’ will also air. If that’s not exciting enough, the marathons will run back-to-back!
Starting the weekend after Christmas, ‘Breaking Bad’ will begin its marathon on Friday, Dec. 27 at 12 p.m. EST and will run through Monday, Dec. 30 (that’s four days worth of Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul goodness!). To be clear, each day the marathon will begin at noon.
After that, on Tuesday, Dec. 31 at 9 a.m. EST, a two-day marathon will begin for ‘The Walking Dead,’ with the award-winning series completing its marathon on Jan. 2 at 5 a.m. What a great way to ring in the New Year!
Will you tune in to the marathons? Who’s ready to get their family and friends hooked on these amazing shows this holiday season? I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to have myself one great binge-a-thon!
