Greetings, fellow 'Nashville' fans (Nashvillians? Let's go with it!) and welcome to my TV inner circle of trust. Chances are, if you're reading this, you love this country music drama just as much as I do and are trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible before the show's epic midseason finale. And by epic, I really do mean EPIC.
I was fortunate enough to watch the episode before its big Wednesday night reveal and let's just say huge things are about to go down that could change the entire trajectory of the season. Intrigued yet? You should be! And because you guys are the best readers ever, I'm more than happy to pass along a few teasers in your general direction.
As I do with all of my spoiler-y posts
, I promise not to give too much away. This is simply meant to entice you for what's to come. And trust me when I say, many of these events you will NOT have seen coming. So hold onto your hats, y'all, and let's dig in to all the goodies below.
-Gunnar and Deacon decide to join forces and fight personal politics with the greatest weapon at their disposal. (Folks, I'd say this is the beginning of a beautiful bromance!)
-Will is finally honest about his true feelings, which leads to a few surprises you definitely won't see coming.
-[SPOILER] makes his/her feelings known to [SPOILER]. And the love triangles just continue to grow.
-Deacon's music career gets some exciting new prospects.
-Layla undergoes a severe talking to from an unlikely person. (Hint: it's not Juliette for once!)
-Zoe makes a big decision involving her relationship with both Scarlett and Gunnar.
-Juliette deals with the backlash of the press in a very non-Juliette sort of way.
-Rayna takes a huge business risk, which could jeopardize more than just her career.
-Two characters meet a potentially fatal end…yeah, you'll definitely want to pay special attention to the last five minutes of this episode.
Are you even more excited now for this week's episode? If so, then I consider this to be a job well done. And, as always, please feel free to share all of your thoughts and predictions in the comments below!
