Robert Knepper Books Villainous Role on ‘Arrow’

Surprise! Robert Knepper is heading back to The CW as another villain, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

As first reported by TVLine, despite Knepper's current role on TNT’s ‘Mob City,’ the extremely talented man (most popular for his role as T-Bag on FOX’s ‘Prison Break’) is ready to portray DC Comics master criminal William Tockman aka “Clock King" on 'Arrow.'

This particular villain became known as “Clock King” for “being a brilliant criminal who plans his crimes with precision, down to the second.” Knowing Knepper’s talents, it’s safe to say he won’t have any problem pulling off this role.

He’ll first appear in Episode 14, which also just happens to be the same episode Alex Kingston is reprising her role as Dinah Lance aka Laurel and Sara’s mother. This definitely sounds to be one fantastic episode, but, then again, when doesn’t ‘Arrow’ put on an action-packed show?

As mentioned above, this isn’t the first time Knepper has starred on a CW show. He used to play Billy Grimm on the network’s canceled series ‘Cult.’ His other TV credits include ‘Heroes,’ ‘Shameless’ and a recent episode of ‘The Blacklist,' among many others.

Who else is hoping Knepper stays on for more than one episode? This is one man whose badness is highly enjoyed.

‘Arrow’ airs its fall finale tonight at 8/7c on The CW.
