‘Graceland’s Serinda Swan Books Major Role on ‘The Tomorrow People’

Step aside Cara (Peyton List), because Stephen (Robbie Amell) might have his eyes on another Tomorrow Person. According to The Hollywood Reporter, ‘Graceland’s Serinda Swan is joining the series in a key guest starring role.

Swan will join the new hit CW series as Cassandra “Cassie” Smythe aka the daughter of the villainous Founder of ULTRA (Simon Merrells). Not only does she catch the eye of Stephen, since the two share a similar psychic connection like his with Cara, but Cassie is also described as a "sexy and mysterious" woman who also happens to be a “bank-robbing paranormal who is the most powerful breakout on the planet.”

She sounds like quite the Tomorrow Lady, but Stephen better watch his back, because she is The Founder’s daughter. Soon enough, Stephen realizes Cassie brings quite the complications to his life.

If that’s not enough, Cassie plays a major role in Stephen learning her father’s secret plan (which just might save the Tomorrow People and/or destroy humankind).

Expect the ‘Graceland’ actress to pop up in Episode 13.

In addition to Swan, fans can also anticipate the appearances of Alexa Vega in a rival role, Elizabeth Hurley as ULTRA’s super-computer, and James Landry Hébert as the latest villain coming to the reboot drama.

‘The Tomorrow People’ returns to The CW on Jan. 15.

Thank god a new and far better actor. Hope this means Peyton List takes a back seat way way way back in parking lot of the studio. She is nothing to look at and certainly can't act. BUT no matter what I perceive as entertainment by a character the creators will not take my comments seriously, so enjoy picking the crap out of this hiddeous actor with good hair.
