It looks like Superman is about to take a bite out of the small screen. Dylan Sprayberry, who recently played a young version of Clark Kent in last year’s box office hit 'Man of Steel,' has just landed a recurring role in the fourth season of MTV's hit series, 'Teen Wolf,' according to TVLine.
However, it doesn't sound as if he'll be leaping any tall buildings in a single bound during this role. The actor will play Liam, an arrogant but big-hearted high-school freshman, who pretty much has everything going for him...that is, until now.
The official character description is as follows: "Cocky and handsome freshman with an enviable athletic prowess. He’s got perfect grades, perfect charm and is utterly unprepared to face the supernatural adversity of Beacon Hills.” Something tells us he's in for a world of surprises and may wish he could run out of town faster than a speeding (silver) bullet.
Aside from his breakout role on the silver screen, Sprayberry has also guest starred on 'Glee' as a young version of Matt Bomer (aka Blaine’s bro Cooper).
'Teen Wolf' airs Mondays at 10/9c on MTV.
