The drama begins between seniors Jessie and PC, who have a romantic background together. Sophomore casts his Lothario spell onto Kelli; Camille's social life seems stagnant due to her preoccupation with getting into Harvard; and public-school student Taylor works her way closer to Sebastian.
A big birthday bash is interrupted by romantic dramas, when Sebastian romances both Kelli and Taylor, whose ex-boyfriend then arrives. Meanwhile, PC is set up on a blind date; and a love triangle blooms right in front of Camille's eyes.
Winter break finds PC heading to Cancun for some fun in the sun, while Jessie heads to Florida...with a preoccupied mind thinking of PC. Elsewhere, Camille and Taylor stay back in chilly New York City, and Kelli is in the Hamptons to mourn a death.
Taylor makes a choice between Cole and Sebastian, and Camille works on improving her dating life. She decides to host a dinner party which becomes filled with drama over PC, who's charm may be fading fast.
Kelli works with a voice coach to help with her singing career. Taylor attempts to find the balance between dating, school and dance. Jessie is looking towards a career in fashion. A bored PC awakens when he is given a photography gig.
The prepsters head to Fashion Week in New York City. PC argues with Jessie over a plum seat, and Sebastian makes romantic advances towards Kelli. Elsewhere, two high profile designers offer Jessi an internship.
Camille brings along Kelli as she visits Harvard. Meanwhile, PC takes Taylor under his wing, showing her around and meeting the privileged campus denizens. But trouble ensues when PC pushes her to become friends with her ex-boyfriend. And Jessie chats with PC over his hard partying ways.
The season finale finds the school year coming to an end with battling seniors PC and Jessie bidding adieu to each other, but first, Jessie dishes the dirt on PC's hard partying ways. Meanwhile, Sebastian holds a charity benefit and offers Kelli a chance to sing during the event. And, Camille, Kelli and Taylor look forward to ruling next-year's prep school scene.
