voiced Harvey Dent / Two-Face in Batman: The Animated Series

History: Coming soon...

Character’s background: Two-Face was created by Bill Finger and Bob Kane and first appeared in Detective Comics #66 (1941). Harvey Dent was a district attorney who worked hard to keep Gotham City crime free, until a criminal threw acid at him during a trial. This incident not only disfigured half of his face, but it also deeply scared his psyche. Thereafter he became obsessed with the number two and always had to flip a coin in order to make the simplest of decisions. He also always plotted crimes revolving around that number, like robbing Gotham Second National Bank at 2:00 on February 2. In more recent years, Two-Face's obsession with duality has been portrayed as the result of multiple personality disorder, just like in this episode.

A.K.A.: n/a
Love Interests: n/a

Mac Gargan was a nobody who was hired by J. Jonah Jameson to stalk Peter Parker to find out how he gets the pictures of Spider-Man. When completely embarrassed by Spider-Man when Spider-Man webs him up against a bookcase, Gargan vows for revenge. Jameson decides to turn him into a superhero that will defeat Spider-Man. Dr. Stilwell uses the Neogenic Recombinator (who created the machine as well) to turn him into The Scorpion. He chose a scorpion because the scorpion is a natural predator of spiders.
After having defeated Spider-Man, Scorpion looks in a puddle, that shows his reflection as a monster. Enraged at what he now is, Gargan destroys half the city, saying he will only stop when he is turned back to normal. After being stopped and sent to jail, Scorpion breaks out, and becomes a thief.
