voiced Dr. Baxter Stockman in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003)

Once a proud, healthy, and slightly corrupted scientist, Baxter Stockman's life was changed forever when he became employed by The Shredder. Baxter's public intentions were attempts at exterminating the city's rodent infestations with his new Mousers, but their real purpose was to assist Stockman in breaking into heavily fortified banks and vaults for his masters insidious purposes and to strengthen The Foot Clan. However, upon being betrayed by his former employee April O'Neil, Baxter's Mouser armada was destroyed, and he faced The Shredder's wrath.

Baxter continued to develop new weapons for The Shredder, but would face a brutal torture session with each failure that followed, his body was slowly picked apart piece by piece, until only his hatred for his master remained. Baxter worked in secret to devise a weapons system capable of matching The Shredder in battle, but an alliance between The Turtles and Shredder resulted in his defeat. Baxter was reduced to little more than a head attached to a robotic spider's body, and briefly serving The Shredder once more, awaiting an opportunity to betray him.

When this latest attempt at vengeance failed, Stockman allied himself with one of the many warring crime factions attempting to seize control of New York, and with that alliance came a cyborg body. More setbacks eventually left Stockman not only back in the employ of The Shredder, but also left him a mere brain in a jar, all trace of his physical attributes gone.

As The Shredder slowly began phasing out Stockman by enlisting the aid of Baxter's former protege, and Kari's future love, Doctor Chaplin, Baxter joined forces secretly with Government agent Bishop, and slowly put together a scheme to discredit and defeat his master. His body now resembled a robotic exoskeleton, with a hologram emitting his original physical features.

Upon Ch'rell's exile from Earth and all known civilization in the galaxies, Baxter remained with Bishop during the mutant outbreaks that left New York infested with freaks, an attempt at cloning his body was only temporarily successful, and the resulting physical degeneration drove Stockman insane. He attempted to destroy April O'Neil, blaming her for what happened to him, but another battle with the Turtles resulted in his defeat.

This final encounter did little to stop Stockman, and he continued working with Bishop. Ironically, Stockman would eventually assist his long time enemies The Turtles in their battles with The Tengu Shredder.
