Jon was born on August 26, 1965 in Browns Mills, New Jersey. He grew up in Pennslylvannia where his parents ran a restuarant. Jon studied Shakespheare as the London Academy of Music, Drama and Art.
Jon made his daytime television debut on the soap opera One Life To Live.
Jon is best known for the role as Holden on As the World Turns. He first appeared on the show in 1985 and stayed until 1988. He returned to the show in 1990 and stayed again until 1995. He returned again in 1997 and has remained ever since.
Jon starred in the USA Network television movie Wounded Heart. Jon married his As the World Turns co star Kelley Menighan in 1996 and the couple have two children.
