Stephen, a noted award winning voice & comedic actor was born in Sarasota, FL where he later majored in acting and broadcasting at the University of Florida. When he won a regional audition for the National Shakespeare Company, Stephen decided to leave college early to seriously pursue his acting career. He traveled three years on a tour throughout the U.S. and Canada with the NSC troupe, eventually making his way to New York City where he began honing his craft in many off-Broadway shows before finally landing a major role in in R.C. Sheriff's play "Journey's End." After making a name for himself in theatre on and off Broadway Stephen eventually made his way out to Los Angeles where he began making appearances in various television programmes and films.

Stephen is best known for starring as "Jimmy" in NBC's NewsRadio and for lending his voice talent to many animated series, most notably in Fox's King of the Hill as Hank's loyal friend Bill Dauterive, and his licentious boss Buck Strickland.
