Mrs. Turner is stupid, but not as dumb as Mr. Turner. She is a lot smarter than him, but she does a lot of stupid things often. She married Mr. Turner after being dumped by Sheldon Dinkleberg.

Mrs. Turner works as a realtor. It isn't known if she supports the family or her job just helps to improve their condition. Whether is the case, she is good at her job and she works a lot. Timmy has ruined a couple of great opportunities destroying (accidentally) the houses that Mrs. Turner was about to sell.

Since her childhood, Mrs. Turner loved Sheldon Dinkleberg. She found him funny and attractive, making Mr. Turner jealous of him. However, when Dinkleberg became millionaire in the University of Dimmsdale in the '80s, he dumped Mrs. Turner, who dated and eventually married Mr. Turner.

Even if he is a lot more stupid than her, Mrs. Turner loves Mr. Turner. However, their marrying has some problems. Dad often wants to help her and he creates machines that are supposed to be useful for her, but those artifacts never work and they usually end up exploding. Also, Mr. Turner is very sensitive and he gets offended or jealous if Mrs. Turner pays attention to another man. This issue angers her, but she often doesn't realize that Mr. Turner is offended.

Mrs. Turner cares about Timmy, but she usually has to work or she goes to have fun with Mr. Turner, leaving Timmy at home with Vicky. Even if she usually leaves her son alone, she cares more than her husband. She becomes worried when she sees that Timmy is sad, but she often doesn't realize that he isn't happy due her lack of intelligence.

Mrs. Turner often plays the role of the smart one in his family, even if she isn't really smart. Even if she doesn't do it too often, she has given Timmy some useful tips for life and how to act to not offend dad. She probably learned all those things by her own.

Wanda is Cosmo's wife but unlike Cosmo she is smart and intelligent. Anyways, she still loves Cosmo even when he's silly. She is also Timmy's sensible godparent, and she's always opposed to Timmy's "extreme wishes".

As the smartest person than Timmy knows, Wanda often plays the role of the mean one. Timmy really dislikes when she is opposed to his wishes, but the truth is that her decisions are always the best ones. Without her, the world would have been destroyed by Timmy and Cosmo a long time ago. Wanda only wants the best for her husband and Timmy.

Wanda is a very hardworking godparent. Even if this is good for everyone the most of the time, she has became overworked a couple of times in the past and she needed to take a break. However, Cosmo and Timmy can't manage to survive alone and they often need the help of Wanda during her (short) breaks.

Wanda's family is really hardworking too. Wanda's mom has never appeared on the show and the other family members have only done it a couple of times. However, it was possible to appreciate that they worked a lot and they had varied personalities. Wanda's father seems to be connected to the fairy mafia, which keeps him constantly busy and Wanda's sister, Blonda, works a lot on the TV business and she has to deal with the paparazzi and reporters every day.

Wanda is a peaceful person and she doesn't have many enemies. Her only real enemy is Mama Cosma, since she was and she is still opposed to Wanda and Cosmo's marrying. Wanda also dislikes Jorgen Von Strangle, but not at an extreme point. He makes things tough for her, but he almost doesn't interfere in Wanda's personal life.
