Darris Love was singing in his church choir in Los Angeles when he first discovered acting. At Hollywood's Bancroft Junior High, he specialized in drama and dance, and pretty soon, he found himself starring in the musical "Fiddler on the Roof." After performing in a couple of other musicals, he got a part in his first feature film, "The Call of Mr. Sumatra."

He got his first role on Nickelodeon’s Secret World of Alex Mack as Ray for the four seasons. He then moved on to MTV’s Undressed as Kevin for the show’s second season. He also did guest stints on City Guys, City of Angels, Angel, Buffy The Vampire Slayer and ER. He even did a Fruit of A Loom ad in 2001.

Darris may be stage veteran, but he's no stranger to sports--he plays football, basketball, and baseball.

Darris returned to acting in the movie-Gang Tapes playing a gang member named Alonzo. In fact most of his recent roles have been gang member related such as Sleepy in the movie/pilot Sucker Free City.
