She has appeared in the following wrestling organizations: AWA, IWA, WCW and the WWF (now known as WWE).

Debra was born in Milan, Italy but now lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota and she also owns homes in Florida and Virginia.

She is a 3-time WWF Women’s World champion, a 2-time IWA Women’s champion, a 1-time AWA Women’s champion and a 1-time WCW Cruiserweight champion and was the P.W.I. rookie of the year in 1988.

She was the manager of Curt Hennig in the AWA and she was the valet of Ravishing Rick Rude in the WCW.

On 14 February 1998 Debra married former NFL Cincinnati Bengals player Ken Blackman.

After WCW was bought out by Vincent Kennedy McMahon the chairman of the board & majority owner of the WWF (now known as the WWE) she decided to retire from wrestling & began to drive Monster trucks & has done commentary for boat races.

She had cosmetic surgery done on 2 different occasions during her wrestling career with breast implants but after retiring from wrestling she decided she no longer needed the extra weight and had breast reduction surgery in 2001 or 2002.

Debra has been driving her own Monster truck on the USHRA circuit that is named Madusa & she was the first woman to ever win the Monster Jam World Finals Racing championship in 2005 and she also was the Freestyle co-champion in 2004.
