"Leonardo leads..."

Leonardo is the leader of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He is the most concerned with defeating Shredder and saving Earth from Krang's forces. While his fellow turtles are goofing off, Leonardo is practicing his ninja skills to sharpen them so he'll be ready if Shredder ever decides to strike.

One of Shredder's bumbling hechman, Rocksteady was once a human being, and a member of a ruthless street gang that almost killed April O'Neil prior to the interference of the Ninja Turtles, who defeated them and saved the reporter. The humiliation was not forgotten and Rocksteady, as well his buddy Bebop, volunteered for a dangerous experiment with Mutagen, where he was bonded with a Rhino

Rocksteady, intially a leathal and brutal character, soon became little more than a bungler who on more than one occasion has even become a victim of Shredder's own traps for the Turtles, once even taking a love potion by accident and falling in love with April. A tug of war over a comic with Bebop also sent The Technodrome into the depths of the Artic Ocean.

Presently, Rocksteady resides in Dimension X with Bebop, what has become of them since the Technodrome was destroyed is yet to be explained, as only Shredder and Krang were recovered from the dimension by Lord Dregg during the tenth season

Die Fledermaus is another hero in The City. He dresses in a bat costume and drives the Maus-mobile. He is totally self-absorbed and cowardly, yet he thinks the ladies can't get enough of him.

Die Fledermaus is a parody of Batman.
