George Napolitano with Wrestling All Stars magazine needed a beautiful woman to pose with wrestlers Billy Jack Haynes and Mike Rotundo and a fellow photographer Bill Otten suggested he use Nancy which they did for the June 1994 cover.

During the photo shoot for the magazine cover she met pro wrestler Kevin Sullivan and he asked her to join his ‘Army of Darkness’ that included Kevin, Mark Lewin, Billy Graham and Jack Roberts, others would come and go from the group.

She agreed to join Kevin’s stable as their new valet calling herself the ‘Fallen Angel’ and she made her debut on a Florida Championship Wrestling card held at the Lakeland Civic Center in Lakeland, Florida on 7 July 1984.
