The original plan for Kevin Cremin after graduating The Colorado College was to complete the Assistant Director's Training Program, and then try to get into medical school. Seven months working with Robert Wise on Star Trek: The Motion Picture caused him to rethink his ambitions and give filmmaking another try. Years spent as an Assistant Director on North Dallas Forty, First Family, Blue Thunder, Nightmares and Magnum P.I. led to a chance to direct Angela Lansbury in Murder, She Wrote. The next several years were spent directing Murder, She Wrote episodes which took him to Paris, London, Athens, Moscow and other parts of the world. After a stint producing MOW's with Peter S. Fischer and Robert O'Neill, Cremin directed episodes of the Emmy award-winning science fiction series Babylon 5 and a movie western for HBO based on the life and times of Charlie Siringo. He then spent five seasons as a producer and director of the People's Choice Award winning drama Providence. Upon the completion of that series, he was lucky enough to fall in with the cast and crew of THE SHIELD, where he is in his second season as a producer and production manager.
Cremin lives in Los Angeles with his wife, daughter and son.
