Tim is a sci-fi/horror guy, but not the stereotypical 'geek' type, rather, kind of cool. Perhaps because he's also a graphic artist and his 'baby' is his comic creation called, '
The Bear'. He is hoping it will get picked up by the Darkstar Comics publisher, but in the meantime he eeks out a living working at a comic store called Fantasy Bazaar.
The biggest impact and turmoil of his life seems to be his disastrous relationship with Sarah, who stole his heart then cheated on him. Although he is trying to forget her, and even refused her suggestion that they get back together, he still loves and cares for her. What's more, his wounded heart has left him suspicious of other women as well.
He has been friends with Mike ever since they were children. They have some similar interests, such as wrestling, video games, and films, but that's pretty much where the similarities end interests wise. Yet, both are kind and caring guys in spite of their ultra-violent facades.
