On 13 May he beat Pit bull #1 to win the ECW Television Title. | On 27 August 1994 he teamed up with Cactus Jack (Mick Foley) to beat the team of “Public Enemy” who were Johnny Grunge (Michael Durham) & ‘Flyboy’ Rocko Rock (Theodore James Petty) to win the ECW World Tag Team Titles. | Terry Funk was scheduled to be the partner of Cactus Jack but he missed his plane and Mikey substituted for him. Cactus & Mikey held the titles for 5 weeks until “Public Enemy” beat them to regain the belts. | In 1995 Mikey won both the ECW Heavyweight Title beating Sandman on 28 October in a “Ladder Match” and then the ECW Television Title a 2nd time beating 2 Cold Scorpio (Charles Skaggs) at “Holiday Hell” on 29 December. | He won the ECW World Tag Team titles for a 2nd time on 25 August 2000 teaming with the ‘Japanese Buzz Saw’ Tajiri (Yoshihiro Tajiri). | In 2003 he began a run of the independent circuit wrestling in MLW (Major League Wrestling), NYWC, PWF, ROH (Ring of Honor) & USA Pro returning to ECW on 10 June 2005 to wrestle at “Hardcore Homecoming”. | On 12 June he appeared on his last ECW card wrestling at “ECW One Night Stand” sponsored by the WWE. He then returned to the independent circuit. | His wrestling moves are the Apron-Dive Whippersnapper, Butterfly Canadian Backbreaker, Frankenmikey, Super FrankenmikeyInverted Facelock Suplex Lift, Super Whippersnapper, Unholy Driver, Vertical Suplex & the Whippersnapper. | John has trained The Amazing Red, Chris Devine, Dawn Marie, Jay Lethal, Joey Braggiol, Ken Scampi, Quiet Storm, Tara Charisma, Trinity, Wayne the Convenience Store Guy & Los Maximos (Joel Maximo & Jose Maximo). |
