Kevin was born April 26, 1965. He went to Cortland University . While he was there he played fullback on the football team and majored in sports management, but after 3 years decided this wasn't what he wanted to do. He went to join a small play and this led to his career in acting. He joined a small improv group after his play was done, and began doing things at clubs. While on a comedy tour he met his friend Ray Ramono, who gave him a guest role on his show, Everybody Loves Raymond. This led to him getting his own show, The King of Queens.
