Teresa Fairminer started her career as a Beauty Therapist, working at Molton Brown London W1, which she thoroughly enjoyed but Make-Up application proved to be where her skills were best rewarded.

Teresa followed her heart and took extra training at The London College of Fashion in Media Make-Up and launched her career as a photographic Make-Up Artist.

She was fortunate to be discovered by Vogue Beauty Editor, Felicity Clarke and got her first commission with the late Sir Cecil Beaton.

From that day Teresa was able to go from strength to strength and was chosen by Sarah Ferguson Duchess of York for her Royal Wedding to Prince Andrew.

There after Teresa appeared as the Make-Up expert on a variety of TV programmes such as BBC Clothes Show, ITV's morning programmes hosted by Lorraine Kelly and BBC Style Challenge.

Teresa was lucky to be introduced to top photographers such as Anthony Crickmay, Lord Snowdon, David Bailey, Brian Aris, Albert Watson, Stephen Meisel, John Swannell and Nick Knight and realised that her favorite assignments were when working with the Royal Opera House and English National Ballet dancers.
Teresa: My favorite jobs were whilst working with Ballet Dancers Darcey Bussell and Tamara Rojo whose discipline and dedication were the best source of inspiration for me.
