is a German actor, singer and designer. With only eleven years, he began to write his own Hip Hop beats, before began to play guitar with fourteen and with sixteen finally founded together with his half-brother his own band, named 'Cherry Poppers'. The band won a regional contest in Berlin.
Jörn became his first serious acting gig in the drama series Stefanie - Eine Frau startet durch
in the beginning of 2004. In the same year, he joined the soap opera Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten
as the charming 'Philip Höfer'. He debuted on-screen on December, 1st. With his role in GZSZ
he hasn't longer time for his band, the 'Cherry Poppers' and quit.
Beside his role as 'Philip Höfer', Jörn found the time to co-host the 33 edition of the music show The Dome
in 2005. In 2006, he won the "Bravo Otto", an award of the most selling teenage magazine in Germany, for 'Best TV Star - Male' in gold. One year later, he won in the same category silver.
On September, 7 in 2007, he released his first song 'Das Gegenteil von Liebe' and found with this the way back to music. The song was a success and came into the Top 10 of the German music charts. In the same month he released his first album, called after him - 'Jörn Schlönvoigt'. His second music single was released in 'Superhelden sterben nicht' and his third in January 2008, called 'Ein Leben lang', which was also the image song of the RTL network.
He is in charge of a pilot's license and currently is in a schooling for stunt pilots.
In fall of 2008, Jörn's GZSZ
role was paired with the role of 'Lucy Cöster', played by actress Sarah Tkotsch
. Not only got the pairing wildly popular by the fans, Sarah and Jörn also discovered her feelings for each other in real life. On April 22, 2009 they went public with their romance. In an interview Sarah and Jörn told the press that they didn't fall in love on the set, but on a private trip in a plane with Jörn as pilot. The couple eventually broke up after several months of dating.
