Karen Pelly is the rookie cop in Dog River; she's eager to do a good job; in fact, she often teaches Davis, her superior officer, a thing or two, but the two of them keep the peace in Dog River. Karen is very athletically inclined: she plays baseball and fishes, she's great at karate, curling and enjoys watching a good hockey game. She also speaks French, when the occasion presents itself. |
