Jodie is not sure how she ended up a suburban mom after her rock 'n roll youth, but she's a mother of two now - a teenage son and a pre-teen daughter - and she's still adjusting. Her husband is a former rocker with one gold record and is just as resentful of his current situation as father and IT worker. Wishing Brian dead was not unusual for Jodie, but having it become a reality presented problems she could never have imagined. Although her friends are there for her to help her "bury Brian" the strain of covering up his death, the toll on her children, and herself are almost too much to deal with. Jodie goes on a roller-coaster ride of emotion and self-discovery and finally experiences a deeper bond with the people who matter to her most - her family and friends. |
