Her birth name is Katie Infield, later changed to Katie Price and when she married she became Katie Andre. Jordan is her "nickname".

| In October 2003, she appeared in an advertising campaign for the British supermarket chain Kwik Save. To publicise their promise to cut the prices of their leading lines in half, Jordan was sawn in half by magician Peter McCahon. TV adverts showed McCahon sawing Jordan in two and separating her halves, a trick the two repeated live at the campaign's press launch, while posters in the stores showed Jordan cut into two pieces.
