played Wild Bill Hickok [E01-E05] in Deadwood
"Wild Bill" Hickok is based on real-life legendary lawman and gunslinger Wild Bill Hickok. He arrives in Deadwood the same day as Seth Bullock and Sol Star. He strikes up a friendship with Bullock. After his death, Bullock takes over Hickok’s promise to help Alma Garrett. Charlie Utter and Calamity Jane continue to visit his grave.
Death & Disposal: Shot in the back by Jack McCall while playing cards at Nutall’s Saloon (“Number 10”). He was buried in the Deadwood Graveyard.
