Starred and wrote the low-budget film "Pros and Cons," which he won the 2000 Film Discovery Jury Award from the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival. He auditioned for the part of George Costanza on "Seinfeld," but he didn't seem neurotic and depressed enough. He would later be a guest star on the series as the evil doorman.
