Michael began his acting career playing bit parts like Workhouse Boy and a member of Fagin's Gang in the Broadway Musical Comedy “Oliver” at the age of 10 from 29 April 1984 to 13 May 1984.
 
He has also toured the world in his teens playing in “The King & I” with the late great Actor “Yul Brenner”.
 
In 1988 Michael got his taste of real National exposure when he played “Charles” in the Romantic Comedy/Adventure hit “License To Drive” with other teen actors like “Carol Kane”, “Corey Feldman”, “Corey Hiam” and a 18 year old “Heather Graham”.
 
Michael is best known for playing the part of “Wyatt Donnelly” in the TV series version of “Weird Science” originally shown on the USA TV Network from 5 March 1994 for 5 seasons to 11 April 1997.
 
Michael also taped 5 additional episodes of the TV sersies “Weird Science” in 1997 but they never aired originally on the USA Network but those 5 episodes have since aired many times on many different cable channels in reruns.
