Napoleon is the Emperor of France and brother to Governor Croque. He has a keen mind for devising plans to conquer England and the United States. Some of which are mind controlling wine, a Trojan horse type statue, among others. If it weren't for Jack and Emilia, Pulau Pulau would certain be a launching off point for his forces and ideas. Do not take Napoleon's small stature as a weakness. He is a powerful fighter and leader and is feared by those he commands. |
