• Verne Troyer sues ex-girlfriend seen in sex tape |
Troyer and Shrider made a sex tape together that Troyer is attempting to prevent being distributed. A lawyer who allegedly tried to broker a deal for the sale of the sex tape is also named in the suit.
The diminutive actor accuses Shrider of intentional infliction of emotional distress and battery. According to his lawyer, "When you pick up a 2'8" human being and throw him to the floor, it hurts."
Ouch! Now, that's just cruel.
The suit also alleges that Shrider picked the lock on Troyer's bedroom door and pushed her way past a 100 pound scooter he had used to block the door. Seems he was trying to prevent Shrider from entry and furthering his injuries.
Something tells us, this lawsuit is just getting started in the news generating department.
