John Franklyn-Robbins Trivia

Along with Daphne Ashbrook, Guy Siner, Maurice Roƫves, Olaf Pooley and Christopher Neame, he is one of only six actors to appear in both the Star Trek and Doctor Who franchises. He played a Time Lord in the 1975 Doctor Who serial "Genesis of the Daleks" and Macias in the Star Trek: The Next Generation Season Seven (and penultimate) episode "Preemptive Strike". Siner also appeared in the former. Interestingly in all six cases, the actor in question plays a human in one and an alien in the other and dies in one but not the other.
