Wentworth Earl Miller III was born on June 2, 1972 in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. Wentworth is of Black, Jamaican, English, German, French, Dutch, Syrian and Lebanese descents. After having appeared in a few minor television roles, Miller moved on to co-star in the film The Human Stain, playing the younger version of a racially confused character played by Anthony Hopkins. Though the movie was critically panned and unsuccessful in the box office, Miller's performance received virtually unanimous critical praise.
