Peter Petrowski was Ruthies first boyfriend. His mother was a hardworking woman and a single mother.

Peter's father was an acloholic and Peter didn't talk to him much. There was a time when he was about to have a new stepgather named Dick. Peter did not trust him, especially when Dick told him he was going to a boarding school.

Peter asked Kevin to do a check on Dick and it turns out that he was a abuser.

Peter's father came home one day and it got back together with his mother. He did some rehab and wanted them to be a family again.

Peter and his newly recovered family moved away. Ruthie and Peter broke up and we didn't see much of him after that.

Last year when Ruthie got a cell phone Peter visited Ruthie and they talked - never got back together - they talked and even shared a kiss.
