Cornelius Fillmore is a former delinquent, who changed his life for the better when caught by patroller Wayne Liggit and was given a choice: spend the rest of middle school in detention, or join the Safety Patrol. Fillmore is now a Safety Patroller, with his partner Ingrid Third.
