Real Name: Charles ("Chuck") Foster Taine
Powers/Abilities: He can inflate his body, electrical Invulnerability (while he is bouncing), resistance to injury
Bouncing Boy is like his name -- he bounces. He has a friendship with Brainiac 5 that can sometimes lead to a little bickering. Bouncing Boy is generally a nice guy to some of the newer members of the team. He also tries to help out new applicants, since it took him four tries to get into the Legion himself. He is a heavy-set man, though he has got the skills of all of the other Legion of Super Heroes members. Bouncing Boy loves being a Legion member, and nothing is going to change that. Later in the first season, Bouncing Boy is elected Legion Leader, and begins to show signs of a developing romance with Triplicate Girl. |
