Sportscaster Stuart Scott graduated with a bachelor's degree in speech communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). He is best known as an anchor on SportsCenter, and his use of his catch phrases and non-standard use of the English language.
Scott was injured at the New York Jets training camp on April 3, 2002, when a machine that throws footballs to recievers hit him in the left eye, causing him to require surgery.
Most recently, Scott hosted the original series Dream Job, where ESPN searches for its next anchor.
He lives in Connecticut with his two daughters.
