Kris Lemche was born and raised in Brampton, Ontario. Although he initially had plans of becoming a doctor, he dismissed those plans and joined his friends at the Mayfield School of Arts. He at first had no intentions of becoming an actor, but he changed his mind and eventually landed a role on the Disney series Flash Forward. He went on to land various other recurring television roles in both Canada in the United States, including Emily of New Moon, La Femme Nikita, and Joan of Arcadia.
Besides television, Kris has also found success in films, particularly with a lead role in the critically-acclaimed Canadian film A Simple Curve. Other film credits include the following:
