Danny is a director who teams up with ex-writer Matt Albie as Executive Producers of Studio 60. Prior to his job as Executive Producer, Danny had struggled with a cocaine addiction and was fired from Studio 60 due to several disagreements with network executives during his four years working with them. After finding success in the movie business, the network convinced Danny to return to Studio 60 and run the show after Wes' firing.
