Dumpling is Mayor Ed Pig’s daughter, though since her father is the mayor of the Dearly Farm, she is used to having things always go her way. She is a very spoiled child who was always told that everything she did was right, though her father also ensured that she had all the luxuries a young pig could want while growing up. Due to her pampered treatment, Dumpling is overweight for her age, though Mayor Ed Pig assures her that such is actually a good thing and she takes pride in trying to become the biggest thing on the farm, especially since there is an annual contest on the subject each year. Despite the fact that Dumpling is a girl of simple pleasures, as she merely enjoys eating and lying down all day, there are instances where she succumbs to boredom and she longs for real friends to hang out with, since most of the animals on the Dearly Farm can’t tolerate her. However, Rolly once did fall in love with her, though she didn’t prove to be too interested in him until he started being his normal self, though aside from that fact, the Dalmatians haven’t expressed much interest in ever actually associating themselves with Dumpling. This rejections bothers Dumpling, though she soon comes to realize that being the daughter of the mayor is the only thing she needs, in which she takes great pride in the fact and she’s usually always by her father’s side.

Wizzer is one of the ninety-nine Dalmatian puppies that are living on the Dearly Farm, though unlike the rest of his brothers and sisters, he has a weak bladder that causes him to urinate frequently, and often in places where he shouldn’t relieve himself at. This is the reason that he was given the name that he has, though despite his embarrassing problem, all of his friends and family have accepted him and he lives a relatively normal life amongst the denizens of the Dearly Farm. However, there are some animals on the Dearly Farm who are weary of him, as Wizzer is a member of Mooch’s gang and he often participates in actions that violate the farm’s rules; though unlike his brother, Dipstick, Wizzer joined up with Mooch on his own accord, as he enjoys taking things from others to improve his own lifestyle. Like Mooch, Wizzer enjoys insulting others and putting them down, even his own family members and fellow gang members, though Mooch doesn’t like the fact that Wizzer often attempts to speak too much on a subject, as Mooch believes he’s the only one who should say things to people, as he’s the leader of the gang. Despite all of his problems, Pongo and Perdita love Wizzer just as much as all of the other Dalmatians, though they realize they’ll have to work hard if they wish to instill him with the values to live a good and honest life.

The guy who is always scared of everything in Rugrats sometimes he can stand up and be brave sometimes he's just afraid of everything but he's still brave no matter what. And whenever he's in trouble, his best friend Tommy will always have is back. Chuckie is also 2 years old.

Bunnie Rabbot is a unique member of the Freedom Fighters since she has firsthand experienced the terrible nature of roboticization. Bunnies left arm and both of her legs have been roboticized, though she has managed to use such to her advantage since it had granted her incredible strength. Bunnie wishes to stop Dr. Robotnik in order to prevent others from going through what she did, though she also longs for the day when she may be able to be returned back to normal. Bunnie often gives advice to Princess Sally in her times of need and she was one of the only female Freedom Fighters for most of the series, though she is always willing to help out any of her friends and she has been a vital component for the Freedom Fighters’ success.
