Matt Czuchry was born in Manchester, New Hampshire on May 20, 1977. Prior to becoming an actor, Matt was involved in sports and played NCAA tennis while in college at the College of Charleston. Matt's first role was as a recurring guest star role for the short lived WB series Young Americans. From there, Matt went on to guest star in several popular shows including Opposite Sex, The Practice, 7th Heaven, and, most recently, a starring role on Gilmore Girls.
