Matthew Cohen, or best known as, Matt Cohen, was born in South Florida. Matt excelled in both high school athletics and academics. Matt then went to Florida State University to study business and ended up taking theater classes, knowing that he was interested in a whole different career, he ditch his classes and took up acting. Matt got his first major acting role on South of Nowhere, and he plays Aiden Dennison, the "used" to be school star Basketball player.

Matt say, " think that every moment is memorable for me. Me, being a new actor to Los Angeles (I've just been out here a year now), every day I wake up and I kind of don't want it to end. It's just like Christmas for me every day."
