The seventh incarnation of the Doctor. Initially an eccentric and buffoonish figure, the Seventh Doctor soon embraced his role of Time's Champion, entering into elaborate schemes to thwart his opponents. He used ancient Gallifreyan artifacts to give his deadliest enemies like the Daleks and the Cybermn supreme power, and then turn it against them. He was equally likely to manipulate his companions, forcing them to confront their pasts and face their fears whether they wanted to or not. During this incarnation the Doctor seemed to possess much strange and almost mystical knowledge, rendering individuals unconscious with a touch and knowing exactly what his enemies were up to. He could become easily frustrated when his plans didn't go as anticipated: not so much at himself but at the individuals put in danger. His companions in order were Melanie Bush and Ace.
