He is the son of Sandy and Doug Paisley. At the age of 8, his grandfather gave him his first guitar. By the time he was a teenager, he was doing performances and writting songs. The first time when he saw Kimberly Williams is when he went to the movies and saw "Father of the Bride." After that he went back to the movies and saw "Father of the Bride-Part 2." That's when he knew that this is the girl he wants to be with.
