Frieda was once Virgil's love interest, until Daisy moved to Dakota City. Frieda is a reporter for the school newspaper, and really devoted.
Character Background:
Frieda Goren appeared in Static, issue 1, as Virgil's love interest. Although Virgil really liked her, she only saw Virgil as a friend. Frieda dated Larry, which almost ruined Static and her's friendship, since she never told him, and neither did Larry. Frieda was the first person to figure out Virgil's secret identity, after he was beaten by Hotstreak. Frieda was a big help to Virgil, since she could create distractions so he could sneak away to fight crime. |

Winnie Coopers is a sweet and smart girl who's lived next door to Kevin most of her life. She has 2 parents who were happy loving people, but when her brother died in the war her family was torn to pieces. The day the family's find out Brian Cooper died was a very emotional one and Kevin was there to help Winnie through her rough time, that was also when the two shared their very first kiss. Later on Winnie's family got through the hard times, although her parents did get spereated they later rekindled their romance and moved back in together. |
