She also stars in Wizards of Waverly Place as Alex Russo, a teenage girl who is learning magic. She stars with David Henrie who plays older brother Justin Russo, Jake T. Austin who plays little, pesty brother Max Russo, Jennifer Stone who plays her best friend Harper, Maria Canals who plays mortal mom Theresa Russo, and David DeLuise who plays the magic dad Jerry Russo.
