Ruthie is one of the most interesting family members. Ruthie has always been the first to know everything. At times she can be stuborn.. for instance when the twins were born she was upset because she would no longer be the baby in the family. She held a grudge against the twins up until the day they were born and then showed some respect.

Ruthie loves horses Sarah Glass let Ruthie ride her horse before she sold it. Ruthie attended a public school up until her teacher called her stupid and then she transfered over to a Private School

When Martin came to live with the Camdens she instantly became friends with him. A year later when he moved out she started to have feelings for him but unfortunatly for her he was dateing someone. After finding out Martin was haveing a child Ruthie was devestated and had been very depressed knowing that now she couldn't have a possible future with Martin.

Ruthie decided that she wanted to go study in Scottland for the Summer, Kevin and Lucy agreed to pay for it. Ruthie liked Scottland so much she decided to go on exchange. This isn't the first time she has thought about being an exchanged student.

Ruthie now lives in Scottland but will return home for visits.
