Bai Ling also known as Ling Bai was selected as one of the "50 Most Beautiful People in the World" in 1998 by "People" magazine.
 
Bai taped a small part for the Movie "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith" but her part of the film was deleted.
 
Bai Ling in Chinese means "White Spirit/Light".
 
She moved from China to New York to attend college at N.Y.U. in 1991.
