Jackie Chan is one of the greatest Hong Kong directors and actors of all time. At one time he was the number one box office draw in the world. His parents moved to Hong Kong from Mainland China to improve their prospects and Jackie was born shortly after they arrived. His birth name translates to "Born in Hong Kong". His over the top action sequences and physical humor helped establish "Action-Comedy" as a distinct film genre
