Yellowcard has been active since 1997 and released their first album called "Midget Tossing" that year. Two years later they released their second album "Where We Stand" and the band still had all original members left but that did not last long, soon after the second album was released Ben Dobson (Vocals) left the band and was replaced by the current singer Ryan Key. After the band had recorded the "Still Standing EP" another member left the band, Todd Clarry (Guitar). In 2001 the band released their third album "One for the Kids" and the following year came out with "The Underdog EP".
It was after that things started to happen, Yellowcard signed with Capitol Records and started working on their fourth album. "Ocean Avenue" was released in 2003 and was a big hit with all the fans and the album is conciderd to be the big breakthrough for the band.
After that the band has released two more albums "Lights and Sounds" and "Paper Walls" and they are currently touring to promote the new album.
