John Hiatt Trivia

According to Warren Zevon's biography I'll Sleep When I'm Dead, a terminally ill Zevon locked himself in his apartment in drunken depression and refused to work on his last album (The Wind) for three months. Zevon was finally coaxed back into the studio after being told that the album would be finished with John Hiatt singing the songs.
