• Avril Lavigne Announces Tour |
The Best Damn Thing for Avril Lavigne? Touring. After a year of promoting her platinum album The Best Damn Thing, the singer is launching a North American tour on March 5, 2008.
"I'm really excited for The Best Damn Tour," Lavigne told reporters and fans at Los Angeles venue Whiskey a Go-Go Tuesday. With three albums under her belt, she said, "I have more singles to play, which can be the most exciting part of the show."
Lavigne, 23, married Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley last year.
